The Martin Housing Authority (MHA) invites the submission of sealed bids until Monday, August 21, 2023, at 10:00 AM, for cleaning apartments vacated by tenants from time to time for the twelve-month period commencing August 28, 2023, and ending August 15, 2024. The bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids shall be returned in a sealed envelope with "Vacant Apartment Cleaning Bid" written on the outside of the envelope. Specification documents can be picked up from the main office located at 134 East Heights Drive, Martin, TN.
