Now Hiring - Maintenance Director

Martin Housing Authority is seeking applications for a career oriented, highly motivated, self-starter for a Facilities Director position. Qualified candidates should possess a High School Diploma and five years' experience in maintenance and repair of HVAC; electrical and plumbing systems; sewer line maintenance; appliance repair; drywall repair and painting, installation of flooring and general cleaning; and work with bench tools and other maintenance equipment. Certifications and licensing a plus. Individual will be on-call for maintenance emergencies one week per month.

This position will require a pre-employment drug screen, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
