Admissions & Continued Occupancy Policy

This Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy defines the MARTIN Housing Authority's policies for the operation of the Public Housing Program, incorporating Federal, State and local law. If there is any conflict between this policy and laws or regulations, the laws and regulations will prevail.
